Little is known of Sir Durnore. He was a Knight of the Round Table and was present at the attempts to cure Sir Urry of his bewitched wound at Carlisle. Edwardian writers made him one of the twelve sons of King Pellinore of Listinoise. The name is probably derive from the Welsh name, Dyrnwch. |
